Lhea Scotto-Laub
Partner
Lhea Scotto-Laub is the president and owner
of Quantum Career Services, Inc. in Jericho,
New York,established in 1996. Additionally,
she is partner in the subsidiary Your Silent
Partner, a business writing service. Lhea
has composed more than eight thousand
résumés, bios, marketing letters, website
content material, cover letters, and personal
statements. In the volunteer arena, Lhea is a
Vice President at the LI Center for Business
& Professional Women. She has chaired
several committees and co-established the
Speed Networking event. Concurrently, Lhea
is a Board member of the Long Island
Women’s Business Council and was a
former Board Member of the US Women’s
Chamber of Commerce, where she
contributed to the launch of the first Diversity
Awards on Long Island in 2004. Lhea has co-
chaired and sat on the Women of Distinction
committee for the March of Dimes, for over
seven years, helping to reduce the mortality
rate of premature babies. From 2004 to 2006,
Lhea wrote a monthly column for liwomen.
com, spotlighting a Long Island
Businesswoman who makes a difference.

Loria Parker
Creative Director, Partner
Loria Parker né Catherine Jacoby, is the
daughter of Emmy Award winning television
comedy writer Coleman Jacoby. She's a
graduate of New York's High school of
Performing Arts and was a Theatre major at
Carnegie Mellon University. Loria traded her
stage career for the corporate world, by
becoming a technical recruiter for the past
twelve years. Part of her recruiting required her
to re-write resumes for candidates in order to
better market them. Through technology, Loria
was herself recruited as a critic by
theaterscene.net, and now has 25 reviews of
Off-Broadway theater in New York City posted
on the site. She has been a committee
member on the Long Island Women of
Distinction Awards Event for the March of
Dimes, and is a volunteer for the American
Heart Association Go Red for Women
luncheon. As a vital contributor to Your Silent
Partner, Loria has been responsible for
strategic marketing content, e-mail blasts as
well as the creation of "identity branding" to
complement and enhance each client's
unique mission.
